It is considered much more safe than regular paint because parrots can't chip it as easily. Of course the best choice would be to get stainless steel cage. If you have chance take a look at the components of powder coating material. Avoid any kind of heavy metals.Does anyone know if a wrought iron powder coated parrot cage is safe for the bird?
