Can you powder coat plastic?

I have plastic bedrails for my truck that I need to paint black. Can they be powder coated or will the baking process caust the plastic to melt? Can you powder coat plastic?
No you can only powder coat metal, the material being powder coated has to be able to carry electrical charge. If you need durable finish try 2 part epoxy paintCan you powder coat plastic?
PLASTIC NEEDS A PAINT THAT IS MADE BY SHERMAN WILLIAMS IT IS EPOXY AND HAS A WET LOOK ITS CALL UREA GLOW I KNOW I HAVEN'T SPELLED IT CORRECTLY BUT YOU WILL BREAK THE PLASTIC BE FOR YOU GET A CHIP IN IT ITS GREAT FOR 3 WHEELERS AND ATV'S HAVE SEEN A ATV THAT WAS PAINTED WITH IT AND IT HAD A FENDER BROKE AND THE PAINT DID NOT CHIP NEXT TO THE BREAK IT IS VERY HARD TO PAINT DUE TO IT IS TOXIC AND YOU NEED TO HAVE A SUITE AND FRESH AIR SUPPLY SO HAVE SOME ONE PAINT IT MAKE SURE THE PERSON HAS PAINTED IT BEFORE AS IT GOES ON WITH ONE COAT AT 60 LB IN WARM BOOTH VERY DIFF KIND OF PAINT BUT IT ALWAYS LOOKS DEEP SHINE AND LOOKS WET GREAT FOR ALL CARS AND ATVS THE CAR PAINT IS NOT FOR PLASTICS JFB
your best bet is going to be a high quality spray plastic will melt are burn up in a oven and it will not take a electric charge for electron plating
Just use a satin black paint that works on plastic.
they will probably melt 350F to 450F to cure.
