I dont think so. Powder coat has to be adhered to the surface using a magnetic charge before baking it on, so I dont see how it could unless it can from under the bondo. Good question.Can you powder coat over bando?

No it won't because it's particles are charged with electricity. And BONDO isn't a ferrous metal or any metal for that matter.
I don't think bondo can take any heat like is required for powder coating to cure, don't know for sure.
